It’s almost Christmas..

Monday, December 24th, 2007

It’s the day before Christmas and I’m not feeling ecstatic about it. I even did my Christmas wardrobe shopping last night which is very unlikely for me. Last year, about a week before Christmas, I was already wrapping all my gifts. Now, I just finished wrapping some of my presents last night.

Maybe it’s because of all the things on my mind - school, friends and family. I am thankful, though, for all of these. Because of the Theology Practicum, I was able to share a little time helping people who needed it. (It was my first time to participate in a Church-sponsored activity) Even though I have problems with my family and friends, I am still thankful to have them in my life.

I hope that everyone would see that there’s something to be thankful for, even in problems. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!:D

Doggy’s Day Out

Tuesday, December 18th, 2007

When I was younger, we had a dog. I was so young then that I couldn’t remember ever having one. All I know is that when my asthma worsened, the dog(s) were sent away. :(

Now that my asthma is gone, I want a dog. Not a big one though. Just a little dog that will stay that way. Since my family and I are too scared of the responsibilities that entail having a dog, I settled with being with a cute dog for a day. :)

Everyone, meet Wigol!

When a I went out with a few of my Sociology classmates, Carlos brought along his sister’s doggy. I went gaga over the dog. It didn’t smell bad, it’s so adorable, and it’s small! My classmates and I played with Wigol all day and when it was time for us to go home, it was sooooo tired. Poor Wigol.

See you at the Christmas Party Wigol! (Carlos, don’t forget):D
